The Hoxton Williamsburg is celebrated locally for Laser Wolf, a new Israeli skewer house found on its panoramic rooftop terrace. Guests at the hotel might also celebrate the views over the Manhattan skyline or Brooklyn borough that can be seen through floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the rooms, which also include walk-in showers and king-size beds. The building’s design—raw concrete finishes, exposed brick, brass finishings—channels Williamsburg’s industrial past and the site’s history as the former factory of Rosenwach Tank Co, which once made the wooden water towers that are a familiar site on the New York skyline.
