Pepi de Boissieu is based in Barcelona, but you’re equally likely to find her in France, Senegal or the Spanish countryside. Born in New York, but having grown up in Argentina, the peripatetic art director has made a career out of her flair for creating a convivial atmosphere. Whether in her creative installations for the likes of Hermès, or her new holistic home project, Dora Daar (run in partnership with her best friend, Nat Sly), she combines exquisite food, thoughtful workshops and beautiful visuals to create experiences and spaces to remember.

BELLA GLADMAN: What did you do last night?

PEPI DE BOISSIEU: A bunch of friends popped in without notice, and we had a few beers together on the terrace. I live alone but I have a very open house.
